As a leadership consultant with the John Maxwell Institute, Michael A. Ford has vast experience with consulting and coaching teams across the continental United States and abroad in Europe. Further, his marketing background was harnessed while enlisted in the United States Air Force, where he worked with several agencies to promote military relations and programs for the service members. During this time, Michael gained knowledge and real-world expertise with marketing techniques and data analytics from demographic targeting. His educational background includes Forbes School of Business for Marketing and PR, and most recently his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the University of Utah.
When it comes to leading and coaching individuals, Dominick has the the background and expertise to engage in personal growth. With his educational background in marketing and leadership management, Dominick has developed quite the insight to personal development. Further, his time as a social influencer and leadership liaison has only strengthened his ability to coach and train effectively.
With regard to S.M.A.R.T.'s financial obligation, Andres Penna is the perfect person for the job. His experience in the marketing and financial industry has made him an invaluable asset to the team. As a native of Athens, Greece, Andres brings diversity and cultural inclusion to the company. As a marketer, Andres utilizes "out of the box" thinking styles to approach strategies, which drives successful campaigns for clients.
As a marketing guru, Jasmine has several years of experience delivering marketing strategies to businesses all over Europe and the eastern coast of the United States. She has an educational background from Forbes School of Business where she met Michael and joined the team as an intern before coming on board full time. Her work and perseverance precede her as the Vice President of Marketing.
